Terms of Service

All orders received will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to the customer when the item is shipped.

All parts are fully tested and certified for an experienced Electronics Technician. All parts come with a 30 days Warranty. A unique identifier is included on all shipped parts.

Return Policy: The buyer has 30 days to return the part (the buyer pays shipping fees). The part will be exchanged or refunded. All parts are subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Not credit will be issue to item damaged by customer. All returns received are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the part price.
NO RETURN ACCEPTED on AC Power Cord Cable, Wire Harness, Ribbon, LVDS Cables and all DLP TV parts. Please request a RMA number before returning the part at sales@lcdtvparts.net. All returns require a RMA #.

Exchange: an exchange will be make when a replacing part is available. An exchange will be make only for the same part number, if a different part is needed a new order must be placed. Please request a RMA number before returning the part at sales@lcdtvparts.net. No return accepted on exchanged parts.
